Setting Up Your Android Device

  1. Review the “How to find POP/IMAP/SMTP Server Settings” document to find your server name. This document can be found at
  2. From the Applications menu select Email.
  3. If you are not prompted to add an account, hit the Settings button and then choose “Add Account”
  4. Choose “Manual Setup”
  5. Choose “Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync”. Alternatively you may select POP or IMAP and you can use the settings found in the document referenced in Step 1.

  9. Enter your password in the password field.
  10. In the Exchange Server field enter the server you found using the instructions from Step 1. For example, “”
  11. Check the “Use SSL” and “Accept all SSL Certificates” boxes if they exist.
  12. When prompted, select yes.
  13. Choose your synchronization settings.
  14. Name the account
