What is the "Spam" Folder?
The "Spam" folder in your EagleMail is where all mail that is identified as SPAM will go into. Mail in this folder will automatically be deleted if it grows older than 14 days (2 weeks).
Please check this folder regularly, as the folder may contain messages that are not spam but may have been falsly identified as such.
How Do I Acces My "Spam" Folder:
To access your "Spam" folder, please log into your EagleMail and click on the folder drop down menu in the upper left corner and select "Spam". (Figure - 1)

How Do I Delete Messages From the "Spam" Folder?
To delete messages from your spam folder you can check the little checkbox on the right of the subject, and then select "--DELETE--" from the right drop down menu and hit "Move".

Alternatively, if there is no mail in your spam folder that you would like to keep, you can also simply click the "Empty Folder" icon in the uppper right corner of the screen; please make sure you do not want any of the messages in the folder as this is irreversible. (Figure - 2)
