How to Access Your EagleMail Account For the First Time:

How do I reset my password?

Change your password by using the Change Password Page. To increase password strength and help prevent unauthorized access to your email try to include the following when changing your password: Never have it contain your username, be at least eight characters in length, include both upper and lower case letters, include numbers, and lastly use special characters (ex. !, &, #, $). You should change your password at least every 90 days.

Sharing your EagleMail Calendar:

Once you have logged into EagleMail click on the Calendar button located in the bottom left hand corner. Next click the Share drop down link from the top menu followed by the (Share This Calendar) link. Lastly add the person you'd like to share your calendar with and click send.

Send meeting invites within EagleMail:

Once you have logged into EagleMail click on the Calendar button located in the bottom left hand corner. Next click 'New' from the top menu followed by the 'Meeting Request' link. Add the person you'd like to create a meeting with and click send.

Junk Mail Management


Turning off spam management:

Spam management is maintained by Microsoft and can not be disabled.

Configuring your spam management options:

Login to your EagleMail account, select the options link at the upper right-hand corner of the page, then select 'Junk E-Mail' from the menu in the left-hand column. Please Click Here for more information regarding spam management with EagleMail.


SkyDrive


Accessing your SkyDrive

In order for you to use SkyDrive you will have to register at http://www.skydrive.com for a SkyDrive account. If your Skydrive account had been created automatically previously (before June 14th, 2013), you should be able to log into it with your full EagleMail email address (ie. username1234@eagle.fgcu.edu).
